Job Overview

The Well Pump Service Technician installs, services, and repairs well pumps and related water system components. This position requires strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, along with customer-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Install and service well pumps, pressure tanks, and water systems.
• Troubleshoot system failures and perform repairs.
• Conduct water system performance testing.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Educate customers on system maintenance and usage.

Requirements

• Experience in well pump service or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
